I was just wondering to make two wow directories 1 on each hard drive, do I just install the game on one then copy and paste the other to the other hard drive? Reason being I have a couple of toons I raid with and hate redoing bars turning on and off all my multi box and non multi box mods. Thanks in advance..

That will make you working copies on both drives. Make a different shortcut on each to WOW.EXE, then when they put in a patch you have to update both folders. There are ways to link them together, but I am not sure if it will give you want you need

I have to do 5 directories... it's a pain...

but at least I only have to do the addons directory once.

I have 3 copys split over 3 drives, it makes a huge difference when flying into a big city spreading the load over the drives :)

But yes just copy the installed directory across and create a new shortcut and it should be fine.

Got it done...bad thing was I forgot bars are saved server side now, so I still will use alternate location for less mods and things. Going to have to figure something out about bars oh well, and thanks again guys

You should be able to disable server side settings and use the local ones in the different folders. Not 100% sure though, since I use a standard bar and keybindings template in Dominos that I just copy and paste across all my accounts/toons.
