For about a month now, between 1-3 of my 5 man team has a chance of respawning alive at the graveyard. This is horrible for instances. That means that they must fight their way back...sometimes alone to the instance door instead of simply running back, or, the somehow the others need to try to come back...either way...30 minutes minimum is gone.
At first, i thought this was a bug with my /script RepopMe(); but, I have asked 3 non dual box WoW friends and they have all had this happen to them at least once. I will check later tonight on WoW support to see what is going on. The problem would be just as bad in non Dual-Box raids as well as they would have same must fight way back problems.

It's a bug...it's almost guaranteed if you spam your repop macro or the "Release Spirit" button.
Only press it once and it will never happen.

Bug. Can you log out and will that fix it? Careful, that sometimes boots you from the instance.

As said, it happens when you have an accept ressurrect macro and bash it wildy (because frustrated :). Annoying when your healer gets a free ress at the graveyard but your DPS-Dealer not.

This is when it happens for me... although, sometimes, I do want to be at the graveyard. :)

Yep, that happened to me. I had to teach myself how to not mash the script after wiping in frustration.
Lol.

lol I have never heard of this. Could be cool tho. I might have to use this to my advantage when doing some world PVP

If you /logout, it'll drop you from the group, causing to you "rez" in a fresh instance when you log back in.
If you alt-f4 force-kill WoW, the server will think you DC'd, and keep you in the group.
Using the /logout command in an instance will occasionally send you back to your hearth point when you re-log the toon. It's happened to me a few times...

this probably happens because it boots you from the group, but doesn't put you in your own instance, for whatever reason... then hearths you after the 60 seconds (assuming it's non-heroic, or a heroic you haven't been saved to, yet)
