Hey I've decided to go the dual box route. I am actually going to use 2 computers, 2 monitors, but just one keyboard/mouse to control both.

Anyway I am wondering what you guys think the most effective class would be to pair with my 70 Mage?

At first I was just going to do another Mage b/c I figured it would be easiest.

But I would actually really like to do a different class to really exploit possible class synergies. Maybe Priest or Warlock or Warrior.

Which do you think would be most feasible to really play well together and not be too complex?

If you have experience I would appreciate any feedback! ETA on the second computer is about 7 days so I have that long to decide.

many thnaks in advance.

Warrior would be tricky- you need to get him into melee range and to make sure your Mage isn't in melee range, and since you're only going to use one keyboard I don't recommend it.

I'd with priest, but warlock would open up more possibilities (it would also be a bit more difficult to handle)

Priest would be useful in PvE for farming. Your own pocket priest. Awesome.

I'd say moonkin druid - IIRC talented Starfire and Fireball have the same cast time, as do Scorch and talented Wrath. Then you get Moonfire+Fireblast as instant cast dots, or you could macro moonfire+icelance and insect swarm+fireblast. Arcane Int+Mark as beneficial buffs, Evocation+Innervate for mana recovery, moonkin aura helps the mage, cyclone+sheep as CCs, etc..

Top choice would be Mage - utilizing the same exact classes with the same specs allows for maximum use out of all characters involved.

Second choice beyond that would be Priest.

I love any healing class with the mage. Currently 3boxing with a mage priest pally and it works exceptionally well for what I want. Solo Strat very easily with this tandem.

I guess it depends on what you want to do. I wouldn't do a melee class for sure. Hunter/lock isn't too bad since you can get it to have the pet do most of the work.

I'd go with a priest. Bubble + heals while you AOE everything in sight.
