Hi all,

Im recently interested in dual boxing. I play on a macbook (I need a new setup this thing is getting burnt out) and currently use lame macros and clonekey for 2 characters. (HEY Im new -- 5 is overwhelming)
I started out with a warrior main and hunter slave but am finding it easier if i make the warrior my slave and treat it like a pet. I tried downloading Jamba and it showed up on one of my accounts but it seemed buggy (more then likely I did something wrong, not even sure if it works on macs)
I have done a little searching and found a couple of sites advertising multibox software but i being new, I dont want to download some scummy program thats going to get my accounts stolen.

Thanks in advance!

Hi :)
I'm a macbook pro user but i used to run 3 chars on a macbook. In terms of a broadcasting app i'd give plexer a damn good look, it cost £15 i think and in my eyes is totally worth the money.
Other than that im not quite sure what you are asking? Jamba does work for macs as its an in game addon.
Some clear questions would make it easier to help you :)
Thanks and Good Luck Dude

Thanks for the quick reply - here's a more specific problem I've just run into. As I explained, I am using my Hunter as my main and using the warrior more like a pet. I am specing my warrior prot. for tanking and some of her moves will only be cast when she dodges or parrys or when an enemy dodges. (overpower and revenge are the spell names)

What, if any addon or modifications are there that will tell me/show me on my hunter when my warrior can cast these spells (i.e. tell me when her target dodges or she dodges)
If Jamba does this, then i say its worth another shot at downloading, and I can take my noobness over to that thread and annoy them :)

Again thanks for the reply, i will try to keep posts more specific in the future :)

Jamba is supposed to have a proc announce feature in it.
Well, no supposed to about it, it does.

There was an issue with proc announcement addons and the combat log.
In the last major patch (the one before today).
Where addons could not read the combat log for proc type messages.

Not really sure if that has been resolved or not.
If it has, Jamba or MSBT are probably the best options for proc notification.

someone should run 1 hunter and 4 feral druids as slaves for lols

you could make a guild for the druids called <Hunter'sName's pet> and name all of the druid's some ascii form of "cat" or "bear".

That would be pretty funny to see.

Ok - well ive got things running at barely acceptable using just clonekey and some simple macros. I downloaded Jamba again and still got the same results --- looks kinda buggy. I will post my problem with screenshots if i can in the jamba addon thread - hopefully someone can see it and straighten me out :) thanks
