I have leveled a few teams to 60 by making use of RAF and making use of my main to boost them through instances. I now plan on leveling 2 of these teams to 80. I have read a few other threads and most people seem to think that questing is much better for 60-80.
So I guess I should focus on team 1 and level them to 80 via questing. Once team 1 is at 80, grind some gear and then get heirlooms sent to team 2 and then level team 2 the same way but with heirloom gear.
Whilst leveling team 1 and getting hierloom gear, I thought it would be a good idea to use team 2's rested XP and do random dungeons with them as and when. But if using teams 2 rested XP is good, would it be a good idea to level both teams in parallel through random dungeons, alternating between them for the rested XP?
I realise this would take longer, but I'm not in a rush and I can do other things in between as I am leveling 2 chars from 60-80 manually atm and I am still within my RAF period so I can make more teams.
I guess I want to know whether leveling 60-80 via dungeons with rested XP is better than questing 60-80 looking at it from the XP / hour point of view.
