AddOn to customize floating health bar and cast bar

I know there are plenty of addons to customize floating health bar and casting bar for hostiles. Is there one that I can easily configure to just show "enemy players"' health bar and casting bar. Exclude all the totem, pet, mob craziness.

If there is one, how do I configure it.
