what the hell piece of crap is the battlenet site. slow, unresponsive, and buggy.
I'm trying to change factions on 5 shammys, it'll only accept 3 payments in a 24 hour period. seriously. never have i been more frustrated with a website.

What error are you actually getting? Are you paying by credit card? If you are in fact paying by credit card I believe that it is dependent on your credit card company to allow so many identical charges before they'll freeze the account. I only say this because I've known other people, that have come to Kil'jaeden, move all 5 in one day.
If you're really having trouble...the above is a real reply. If you're here to try and start a mass QQ thread about something none of us have any control over [ie Battlet.net site] ...the Suggestion Forum (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.html?forumId=11122&sid=1) is --t--h--a--t--> way.

I did check with another person just now and they did get a call from their bank verifying they made so many identical purchases so quickly. Hope it all works out.

If your getting Error #127: Card Declined bla bla bla.
Reboot your modem/router (the last device connecting between your network and your ISP) and wait 5 minutes so you get a new IP address.
Try again.
Bet it works just fine.

system blocked me at the 5th shaman transfer. had to use skype and call London (i live in Portugal) twice, after sending more than 5 emails and 3 tickets. It's was a mix of having to pay many services in a short period of time and using different cards that cause that.
I have to say i also got a bit frustrated, and when i asked if i was going to be compensated in any way for not being able to use that account properly, she asked me why... well, i said, i wasn't able to use the account the way i wanted cause ur system blocked any sorts of payments...also, i lost hours trying to solve something via phone when u didn't even replied to my tickets and mails.
She simply tells me it was the way it works. I said they should hire more employes to handle things better and said goodbye. It wasn't my finest moment, but after weeks of frustration i had to vent.

I've had the same issue in the past with transferring and my card being declined/blocked for whatever reason. It is no fun when you just want to get it done ASAP.

I have had this so many times.
Transferring characters around to balance accounts etc.
Extremely frustrating.

Many many people have had this problem (repeatedly). That 4th identical transaction from the same IP sets off their OMGFRAUDFLAG, normally resulting in the need to call customer support or wait 24 hours. In either case, it is a pretty fail procedure, and is qq worthy.

Playing the Devil's advocate, I'm sure the QQ from the legitimate cases is FAR easier to deal with than the QQ from all the people who had their account hacked and the system let someone do dozens of transfers from the same IP.
Kind of like when they changed authenticators to not allow you to use the same key on 5 accounts linked to the same bnet account. An extra small step up in security for everyone outweighs the "omg it takes me two minutes to log in" QQ from us.

Last month I xfered my main group to another server and did a faction change on all 5 toons with no problems. There is a chance that it's just the bank declining the duplicate transactions.
