When to hit WC?

I have now been doing RFC for 1/2 day and realized there is really only 2 bosses that are worth it for the blues then reset and repeat.

I am wondering what level my whole team needs to be before hitting WC.

Right now I am at:

1 xPally - 17
4 x Shammy - 16

I started WC at 18 but could not kill the last two bosses until 20 (and one boss that would usually wipe me but I could still lill, I think it was lord pythas) Even though there are lods of bosses in WC you will quickly hate that instance because it is a very long clear. I would say atleast wait until your pally is 18 or your shamans are 17 to begin clearing that place.

The bosses in there are 18-20, with The Everliving being 21/22 occasionally. He's the only one that ever gave me trouble and I'd be surprised if you couldn't clear it at 18 with that group (plenty of healing and DPS).

I tried WC with the lv 19 Pally and 4 level 18 Shamen.

I was able to beat the first boss (lady ??).

but once I get down into the pit of fangs, I get into trouble. It is too hard to pull there at my level. As soon as I kill a raptor or druid of the fang, more come to their assistance and my shammies go OOM.

I guess I need to pull from further away or quest all the chars for a level and try again when the Pally is lv 20 and the shammy are level 19.

I guess buying upgraded gear could help as well. :oops:

I was having issues in WC also with my 5 class setup. However, it was more due to me not having enough experience and control over my characters to control them. Entered WC on lvl 17 and got first 2(3 if you count kresh) bosses down quickly, however, getting stuck on the time it is taking to clear the rest of the instance.

Mage keeps running oom much before the other though. However, he also deals about 40% of the group's damage.

I find all discussions about the WC - especially musings as to how long to wait before going and public discussion of having problems in there - quite disturbing.

Could we please keep this forum on-topic, and stick to discussion of games?
