Faction change + server transfer question

I've got a friend who's decided to join me on my server. He will also be changing faction. Normally I'd look up the WoW help pages for this, but unfortunately I can't access that site through the firewall in the office.

Anywhoo....is it possible to do both actions at once...or will he need to do one then the other. If it's the latter, what order is it best to be done in?

So I'm guessing that there's no order of doing it that's easier than another? Personally I think it would funny if he transferred server first then changed to horde. Will give me a chance to show him the true power of multiboxed shamans :eek:
