Does anyone know how to get it to just show the one account I want to log into?
Right now it has a dropdown of all my accounts even though each account is on its own Bnet. So I assume this has to be something that is happening machine side so therefore I should be able to edit out the extra accounts.

It's in your config.wtf file.
SET accountList "!ACCOUNT01|ACCOUNT02|ACCOUNT03"
Whichever account has the "!" before it will be the one that is shown next time you start up WoW. I'm not 100% if Keyclone supports config file virtualization, but I do know that this definitely works using Inner Space.

does this fall within the lines of "Altering code" within the TOS?

No, this is the same as using your config to set screen size or sound or anything else. It doesn't alter the game.

I just wanted to jump in here.
I five box. I use one instance of WoW for my main toon and one other instance of WoW for all four of my clones. (2 instances of WoW total.)
I found that I the response time was much quicker when I used keyclone to switch which toon was on my main screen. with the 2 WoW setup rather than using a single WoW setup. Plus that way I could have the graphics options turned way up on the main and turned down on all the clones.
However I also have the same problem logging in. My main WoW always has my main account, but I have to manually change over 3 of the 4 slaves when getting started.
So 2 questions.
1) Is there anyway around having to change the those accounts manually on startup
(the SetaccountList command would only work with 5 instances of WoW, right?)
and
2) How many instances of WoW do most of you run and why?
(not to hijack the thread of course)

Keyclone has the function there but doesnt seem to work unfortunatly. If anyone knows how to get it to work I am also interested :)
I run 3 copies of WoW split over 3 HDDs. So my main screen gets a copy all to itself and the I have 2 slaves per other copy. The reason for this is when I fly into a large town it splits the load of where it is grabbing the data from. Previously I had 2 copys on the same HDD and the drive would go nuts every time I flew into a city.
