Hi.
currently level 77 on 5 shammys and getting so tired of questing so i decided to swap 2 out for a tank and a healer to make a dungeon more viable.
Im trying real hard to make the order on heal bot to come out the same on my warrio 3 shammys and druid so when im tanking on the warrior i can click the region and have the druid heal the toon i want,. Problem is each character insists on putting its own bad self on the top of the group list. so when im on my tank and i click i to heal with druid, the druid heals itself insted of the warrior. do you see what i mean? is there a config option im missing here? i tried to sort groups by name but that doesnt seem to work.. pulling my hair out here :(

i have no experience with healbot but i (and others here) do use Grid
the trick is to get:
Grid
Grid - Custom Layouts
Clique
Grid to show the partymembers just like healbot does
Grid - Custom Layouts, lets you select WHO you want to show and in what order. This also helps to show only your 5 guys even if you are in a battleground and they are all in different groups.
Clique to cast on click.
If noone has an answer for you for healbot you might want to try this out instead.

I was never really fond of Healbot....
Using Vuhdo and its really easy and can give you extra functionalities like smartbuff, smart rez etc. and you can sort your chars after names.
In vuhdo you use:
/cast [target=Vuhdo] Revuj
And the toon you target will get the selected spell. What I have done with 5 guys being able to heal is make "empty" macros or macros with a [nostance] condition in my healing macros so my guys who dps dosen't stop during a fight to heal my tank.
Works pretty well. If you decide to switch to Vuhdo for healing, you should remember to drag a macro to the assigned key each time you update the macro in wow, or else vuhdo won't update the macro properly.
It took me a couple of hours fiddeling around until I figured this out. hehe.

I second Vuhdo, I have used Healbot in the past and Vuhdo has a lot of functionality and very easy to setup :)
As for the above settings for stopping vuhdo from stopping your dps toons to heal, I just entered "none" in for the spell and this also stops it from selecting any heals ORon the dps toons set a modifier such as Alt or Shift and that would make it that the dps toons would heal when alt is selected.
I use ISBoxer and repeater regions and it seems to work pretty well, my only initial issue was sorting the toons the same on all toons layout and also as default vuhdo sets as default "target" for your tank and so you have to change that :) , otherwise on a heal your tank will stop attacking it's target and select the toon you selected in Vuhdo :D

A lot of people mention Vuhdo.
I'm curious where "/cast [target=vuhdo] Rejuvenation" comes in?
Are you going with a macro you create, and push the keybind with?
The big thing with repeater regions, is click for heals and not needing keybound macros.

You don't need macros with VuhDo. Just tell it what spells you want which click to cast. Left click on tank = Renew, Shift+Left Click = Penance, etc.
VuhDo does with one addon what I used to use 3 for (Grid, Grid Custom Layouts and Clique).

Think you mean: "Vuhdo does with one addon..."
But, good to know you don't need the macros with Vuhdo.
