The Culling of Time, the day i hit 80 sub 200lvl gear

I was pretty happy with this haha, whats really hilarious is the damn LFG tool wont even let me queue up a heroic right now because my gear is supposedly "too bad" well .. this is my way of proving that wrong I guess =).

Lol, well I sold my entire "old" team. So I started a new team, got to have fun with the RaF bonus at last haha. As to why my gear is at 60% I probably havent repaired since I was level 78 or so, and I ran H AN before Culling and wiped twice on the final boss.

Nice. I got my first drake last night on my own too. Also at fresh 80 it would not let me queue random heroics but I could pick a specific one. A quick run to the Ebon Blade quartermaster and a few i200 items later and it let me queue up for about half of them.

Congrats. The random lfg gear check is ridiculous, but then again... player is what makes the gear really shine and not the gear color itself... as you have just proven :)

I hate that GS and all those other addons ever came out. I just xferred my warrior which I haven't played since the 1st week of Uld a few weeks ago. So my 'Hand of Adal' warrior isn't good enough for your 10man T9 content because some addon says the sum of the ilvl of my gear says I suck??? And people wonder why I decided to start boxing :D

I never even followed that whole gear score shit anyway. Guess I need to now. Still think that whole mechanic is a stupid addition. Gratz on the phat l00t there too :D

A big Gratz man, very nicely done. I almost wiped with a 47k hp bear tank because i slacked on healing, i can't imagine how tense i would've been with a 20k hp tank. Awesome work!

about Gearscore stuff:
I got refused dozens of times because of my gear on my shamans, dinged 80 monday.

But still, it's not such a worse tool, because in whatever way you put it, someone with 4k GS is --probably-- adding more then someone with 3k GS. Same with achievements

I don't got the addon, i don't use.

i do have Underachiever(fakes achievements). :D

Indeed, I've had guildies get people in greens in normal icc 5 mans and blues in those on heroic. Those groups fall apart pretty fast when said people fail to provide anything to the fights : /

But overall it is nice, and of course, it is indeed skill > gear, but a lot of random pugs with bad gear lack the skill to make up for it.
