Comp slowing down

So i got a really nice computer for 4 boxing, 12 gig ram, gtx 285, i7 920....

For some reason lately, log in screens take forever,, usually D/C during loggin first time around, then second time i can get in.
In game lag, no visual, but casts are taking a long time, dps going way down. (i think this is server lag, but my Ms is low... so not sure)
just everything is not as crisp while playing wow, loading visuals are taking a while (just shadows for like 10 min)

i just wrote this whole thing after the bar (loading) got to full, and its still there...o wait 2 are in org. now.....

and im walking through dalaran with good FPS on all my guys, but the guys do not repsond at all for like 30 sec, and lag so far behind they dont follow, usually there are tight on my butt in dalaran..

Jumping is all off, like 1 will go, 2 more will go in 2 sec, then last will go in 4 sec...

Not really sure.

Your ping is relatively low.
So its not the connection between yourself and wow.

Which leaves client side or server side issues.

The load time could be client side.
If that were the case, an SSD might help some.

first thing coming to mind is Addons (besides cloggedup windows install -> ie. reinstall windows usually speeds most processes up again)

You may not have updated all your addons to 3.3, or some of your addons authors havent offered a new upgrade and the latest addon is still the 3.2 version.
Also some of the new addons (like gearscore and such) are quite a memory hog in terms of storing every bit of data they see (it remembers characters youve seen to view later) and these addons also communicate trough ingame chat to others on the server or guild with the same addon. Running these addons on all 5 accounts would mean a lot of background data getting pushed.

If this is not the case its either your server getting laggy (on my server the "nr. 1 guild of the world" Ensidia transfered to us including all the fanboi's.... since than dalaran has gotten twice as bad)
or its a problem with your pc, hardware (bad ram) or software (reinstall windows for a clean start again, remember to backup ! ;))
