Hi everyone,

going to be taking a break from my pve 5 man team since we are all geard up op the eye balls now.

Doing dual box rogue setup for raids to get more involved in raiding again with a easily managed box team.

now im looking for experienced rogues with macro setups, i will be creating my own gradually towards 80 as i develop but some head starters would help speed up the process early levels.

has anyone got any click macros for rogues in combat/ass or additional sequences like the ones on the macro compendium.

Cheers dudes

Basicly: SS the target into the ground... when its dead, SS it again for good measure.

From ElitistJerks:

PvE Mutilate, fast and flawed advice
Highest DPS dagger mainhand, have at least one fast dagger in either hand.
Fastest dagger - Deadly Poison, Other dagger - Instant Poison.

Priority:
* Ensure that there is a bleed (ie. Rupture, Deep Wounds, Rend) on the target.
* Start up Hunger for Blood.
* Start up Slice and Dice however you please, really.
* Use vanish whenever possible for Overkill buff.

1. Keep HFB up.
2. Keep SnD up (mainly via Envenom).
3. 4+ combo point Envenom.
4. ToT when off cooldown, especially with 2pc T10.

PvE Combat, fast and flawed advice
Mainhand a sword/axe, fist or mace weapon of generally slow speed.
Offhand a sword/axe, dagger or fist weapon of generally fast speed.
Mainhand Instant Poison, Offhand Deadly Poison.

Priority:
* Start up Slice and Dice however you please, really.
* Use cooldowns whenever possible. Killing spree + blade flurry, blade flurry +
adrenaline rush can be used. Adrenaline rush + killing spree is not recommended
due to energy capping.

1. Keep SnD up, no matter what the number of combo points are.
2. 5 point Eviscerate.
3. ToT when off cooldown, especially with 2pc T10

Regarding actual rogue /click macros, one that will be very useful for those with rogues with the 2T10 bonus is as follows:

/click button1
/click button2

Where button 1 is your tricks of the trade macro, which casts tricks on a dps
Button 2 is your mutilate or sinister strike button, which may also be macro'd for hyperspeed accelerators, or trinkets.Using this set of /click macros will ensure you get maximum energy from the 2T10 bonus, and whilst it is of less use for lower geared rogues, will be much more useful when taking your rogue to raid encounters, and on fights like Rotface and Queen Lanathel will make a noticeable affect on raid dps.

Wouldn't combat make more sense if you have more than 1 rogue? AR + BF is insane for AoE.

I wrote this click macro when I was going to use my rogue for a DPS in my 5 man team. The macro keeps up hunger for blood, rupture, and slice and dice pretty well. I averaged ~2k DPS with very terrible gear. The key here is going to be hit rating. If you have really low hit rating, you’re going to miss, thus come up short on combo points. I wrote this for a poison hit capped rogue. Make sure you adjust commas for your click rate (apparently I’m a slow clicker)

Wow that linked one looks crazy inefficient, but maybe its one I'd have to see in action to understand why its listed as such. Will try it if I play Mutilate spec on my rogue.

It probably isn't the best, but it's the only click out there. The idea was to spam mut as much as possible while keeping up HFB, Rupture, and SnD. It keeps the buffs up pretty decent, SnD falls off some, but I was happy with it.
