Quad Shaman 5s & 3s

Curious about how the quad shammys do a few things:

assuming you:

1. ISboxer
2. 5s - have a dedicated healer
3. 3s - you run 3 dps and rotate in the 4th

do you have a sep macro set for totems and thunderstorm? Do you have sep ISboxer team for 3s vs 5s?

Just started doing 5s, and wanted to do 3s solo, but it's a little more of a setup for me
