So after getting logged in after waiting in a 500 queue. I signed up for random HC. i was doing my first random heroic after about 30 minutes of waiting, 2 tanks instantly left. Just finished the first trash pack in Culling of stratholme after the endless RP. Then someone comes by to visit. So i leave the group and forget about wow, to come back after 1,5 hour and see a 1k queue with estimated waiting times going up to 68 mins. QQ :<

Really suprised me, since i've played without any real queue's untill the last patch.

The ques do seem a bit excessive at the moment - I've never had to wait longer that 15 mins to log in though - even if the estimate is like 50 minutes.

Everyday after 18.00 + the queues start to come. I've had 1400 people in queue two times in a row. It really sucks.

Holy crap, I havent seen a queue to log in since the vanilla days and maybe when BC launched.

Think this is getting out of hand really. Lets hope free migration opens, but i don't want to join a low pop server, where i can go kill every king on alliance cities, without anyone to defend them at 8 pm.

Free transfer would be nice, but I'd hope at least all of the boxers would transfer in that case :)

Yeah i'm getting the same problems, most of the time i play at peak times (8pm onwards) and i always hit the queues, which cuts at least 40mins off my playing time!
So yeah i'd be up for free migration if all the boxxers are?
I suppose Volch0k won't really wanna leave because he/she 's got a raiding guild on grim batol?
:)

I'm not really keen on leaving either. If free migration would be an option it would be to a dead server. My main is still on a pretty active server, but there's just nothing to do. So i prefer a queue over a dead realm easily. Besides that i don't expect the queue's to be around for long, since or others will leave or blizz will hopefully fix it.

I wont migrate anyway =) ...i hope others will tho, of the non boxers ofc :p As we have talked about ingame, this is not a typical situation for us, normally we have queues when new patches are out only. Hopefully something will change soon =) I like full servers tho, so a little queue is ok, just not 1k :/

Well, I'm staying unless everyone is leaving, so... :-)

Still hoping for a FCM though, since that could take some pressure off the queue!

Ye, I migred to Auchindoun a week ago. Because my playtime @ one toon is 500% more then boxing the past months since I've come back to the game.

Got the opportunity to join a very hardcore guilds, wish is exactly what I want. The choise was easy, and I migrated right away.

Boxing has sadly come to the 'wall' for me, atleast in wotlk. I mean, pve vise, (no, I will never pvp - Read:arena) I can't advance any further. The next step would be boxing ulduar etc, but I simply don't have time while raiding this hardcore.

As posted in an earlier topic i was really keen on moving my team to grim batol to join up with other boxers. I even made a few new teams there to boost. But the long waiting times made me decide other wise. The reason i box is that i can play whenever i want how i want. Having to wait each time so long before i get in is like the total opposite from that. If queues would disappear i'll change my mind though.

These are the facts:

If u play on a FULL realm, chances are, u might get some queues, specially on patch releases! And the GB old timers know that it has been like this forever. Even since Burning Blade (broken blade), from where most of the GB guilds and ppl came from.
After a while que Q's dissapear, but the fact that this expansion is so casual friendly doesn't help much regarding the queue's. Everyone want's to be all shiny with just a couple heroics runs.
There are pro's and con's of playing on a full server, but let me tell u that playing on a realm where there's 20 ppl online at 10pm is definitly worse than having to wait 20 minutes or so.

I completly understand those who don't wanna join GB cause of the heavy Q's, but it's the same on any well populated realm.

I wanna go IF at 10pm and be able to smash 100 ally's, while 1000 more are doing PvE. I really don't want to give up on world PvP and i specially dont want to walk around on empty regions.

Same, i came from an average populated pve server. The simple fact that i want to be able to be able to pug every easy 10 and 25 man with my 5 shaman, meaning pugging everything 4 times. For this, the more pugs the better..

Besides an active AH and just a lot of people in general have to much ups for me.
