Farmin old stuff with Zod

Ok let me start off by saying that if i come off as an asshole i dont mean too.

I do alot of old world farming stuff with my team, mainly ZG, MC and Kara for mounts and other various gear. Anyone is welcome to join me on these runs if they want rep or achievements with the caveat that I get first dibs on any of the items I happen to be farming. I've been doing this for awhile and I'm close to having all the MC drops i need and once i'm done with my farming i'd be happy to help others continue to farm stuff as well. So these are going to be random Zod fun/farm runs and specific loot/drops will go to the people in the order they join the team.

If anyone else wants to be added to the list let me know, and like i said if you see us in MC and want to tag along just ask! :)

Also the Fiery and Lava Cores are needed for the legendary wpns but they drop so frequently we just roll greed on all of them.

I would ask that you bring high level characters to these farming runs so that you don't aggro things from 2 miles away. If you die in Molten Core the run back to the instance is quite epic. There are no real gear upgrades you can get from these raids...Molten Core drops T1 which is probably outdone by any Outland quest green and Karazhan drops T4 which I remember replacing very early on in Northrend. You also get substantially less XP in a raid...especially with 80's in it.

To be honest, I think Kara would be less dangerous at level 70 than Molten Core would be at 60. MC's trash is still epic and the aggro range is retarded if you're a low level. I've taken low level people through MC before and it was painful. If your rogue is 70+ then your welcome to join us in MC. Fen and i have the right binding already so you'd be next in line for that and since we dont have rogues all the T1 would be yours as well. Although the next couple of Rag kills i'm going to be bringing my rogue for the bloodfang pants, he has a few peices of t2 already.

I dont have an issue with bringing 70s to Kara its not too bad but some bosses we'd skip due to boxing mechanics and what not. But like fen said the XP and gear is not really worth farming in these raids unless its just for silly fun.

skip kara bosses due to boxing mechanics? other than Chess, all of kara is a joke with high end 80 gear. The dragon with the beams? you can kill him before that becomes an issue. I dont have the ability to summon the one bone dragon (forget the name) but that should be easily steamrolled.

The quest item is not needed to summon Nightbane anymore, there is an urn there you use to summon him.

I'd be willing to go anytime I'm on for MC/ZG.. since well I already got the tiger, I just want the rep for my Pally. (IE I dun want any drops at all. I just want Exalted with both factions before the next Xpac)

Also, I run my own Kara ID just to have a go at the mount.. but MC/ZG I'd be down for.

The more you wanna bring the faster it will go. ZG goes pretty quick with just my 5 and Fen... MC isnt bad but more dps means faster kills hehe.

I'm thinking Tue nights would be good for the rep farming... at some point i want to get into BT and Hijal for rep farming as well.

Interesting idea. I wonder if you'd be too far out of range to get to roll on loot. FFA may be better.

Works for me. Only interested in the bindings, so no worries on the other loot. Just give me a holler when you are going for it.

But back on topic. Bring all the people you want! But yes 70+ please for the sake of being useful in burning down masses of trash and not aggroing the end boss when you zone in. I'd really love to hit up some AQ20 and AQ40 as well if we can burn the main farming instances down with a big group of people. I'd love some AQ rep as well as some Qiraji battle tanks. BWL for some Eternium Ore anyone? :)

I'm always down for crazy fun AQ times! And yes i want full T2 for my pally and rogue so i'm game for BWL whenever! I think i only need like 4 more ore hehe
