I'd like to take a minute to voice my appreciation for Keyclone.

This is the best supported software I have ever run. I have made feature requests that have been implemented, I've contacted Keyclone about bugs only to find that he's already fixing them and they're done the same night. The customer support is fantastic, the software works great and gets better every patch. Best twenty bucks I ever spent.

Achtung Keyclone! Thanks for all your hard work.

the first thing i was impressed with when i arrived in this community was how quickly keyclone answered questions and responded to problems people were having.

its still the most impressive service/help i've seen in a very, very long time.

keep it up!

I'm not a big fan of appreciation threads and the like, but I'll add to this one as an exception.

Even though it doesn't provide the all-in-one solution that I wanted, for me, in my specific peculiar environment, I'm not blind to the value and it's always the first thing I recommend to people who want to give 'boxing a try.

Good job, KC, and I admire your stamina. In my experience, this sort of indie development gets boring for the author pretty fast in the absence of substantial reward, and it quickly falls out of maintenance.

Long may KC reign.

The only better customer service I've seen is Western Digital. Keyclone has got all the right stuff working for him.

ok... a guy with that for an avatar calls.. you going to not answer the phone and risk frustrating him? ;)

seriously... it's good to talk with users once in a while. i spent quite a long time multi-boxing without ever sharing the experience (10boxing or 20boxing a bane was just freakin sweet!)

hearing users talk about it and hearing the excitement when they see it start to happen... that's just cool
