I've been trying to get spammable macro for my resto druid that casts HoTs on whole party. This is what i experimented with:

/castsequence [@TANK] reset=combat/15 Regrowth,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
/castsequence [@TANK] reset=combat/15 ,,,,,,,,,,Rejuvenation,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
/castsequence [@HEALER] reset=combat/15 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Rejuvenation,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
/castsequence [@DPS1] reset=combat/15 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Rejuvenation,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
/castsequence [@DPS2] reset=combat/15 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Rejuvenation,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
/castsequence [@DPS3] reset=combat/15 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Rejuvenation ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Calling macro ~3 times/sec works really well, until any spell fails due to moving/LoS. For example if i need to interrupt regrowth cast to move out of fire etc., macro will usually skip the next rejuv cast and will not cast on that party member after that. Anybody have ideas how to get this working properly without lockups?

I would probably do a modifier for the regrowth. I want to say I am using /targetparty rejuv if I need to Hot the whole lot on top of a Wild Growth.

Is Lifebloom not an option too?
Or is it too mana expensive for automatic casting?

You'd ideally want instants, so you can use them at any point.

Did you intend to have two lines for the tank? If so, I'd just suggest doing

/castsequence [@TANK] regrowth,,,,, ,,,,, rejuvenation,,,,, ,,,,, ,,,,, ,,,,,

That might be it but can't be sure. Basically, if your macro ever resets it will wait until you cast regrowth before it falls through again. If that happens, have you tried just pressing the spam key once every GCD and see if that unsticks things?

Well, the problem isn't regrowth cast itself. Even with only rejuvs in macro, if 1 cast fails then the whole macro breaks. It must have something to do with all castsequences advancing even though 1 of them fails, eventually causing 2 or more castsequences to be locked in same step or something like that...

I do occasionally use LB when more healing is needed, but i prefer to use regrowth+rejuv since they last longer and don't burn my mana too fast.

My goal was to have both regrowth (27 sec) + rejuv (18 sec) on tank at all times and since they have different durations i needed to separate them.

Oh yeah, and pressing key only once / gcd is something i will never learn! :P

No solution to the problem? :(
Oh well, i will continue using clickboxer. It never fails...

ISboxer I use a simple round robin macro that I spam like crazy in heavy damage fights. This is why I love druids: Rejuv on everyone plus Wild Growth(I can move the group while healing too!) I put it right next to my dps key and I go hog wild. The only way a boss can kill me is if something kills my druid in a global cooldown. Now if the tank is taking heavy damage at the same time I have to slow down the round robin key to throw a few heals his way, but doesnt seem to matter.

edit: after re-reading your first post I have to say, create a round robin key in ISBoxer and make it exactly as you have it laid out in OP without the commas. Even if you move it wont fail.

Oh Yeah! I totally forgot about ISBoxer's "sticky step keys". That will most certainly work. Thank you very much!!!

I really need to change to isboxer and dump keyclone. If I did change over what happens to all my in game macros I made? Do I need to redo everything with isboxer?

In game stuff stays the same.

You can run macros in IS Boxer fine.

But you can also send keybinds to wow and run wow macros.
Which lets you have an interface which is fully functional one-boxed.

Some things work differently.
For example...

With Keyclone, everything you type is passed to all windows.
You can blacklist so certain things are not passed to anyone.
Or whitelist so only certain things are passed.
Black/White basically give you the choice of affecting everyone or no one.
But by binding stuff in wow, you can have nothing happen on a given keybind for some clients.

With IS Boxer, you have repeater mode (for mouse or keyboard or both).
Which is very similar to keyclone's normal mode.
But there are also Mapped Keys, which are essentially hotkeys with one or more actions.
If Keymaps are on, then hotkeys for mapped keys do the mapped action instead of the normal action.

So to type, you generally want repeater and keymaps both off.
Or for the password entry/authenticator, you want keymaps off but repeater on.
And then once in game, you'll play with repeater off (90% of the time) but keymaps on.

With repeater off but keymaps on...
Anything which is not a hotkey for mapped key, is effectively blacklisted.
Since it will only affect the current window.
IS Boxer has a blacklist, but I wouldn't recommend using it; keymaps are stronger by a long shot.

You'll want to make a mapped key, for everything which is done by a hotkey normally.
The initial set up is a bit of time, but its worth it.
Mapped Keys can affect a lot of different target combinations.
You can do - Window: All without current, for independent slave movement irregardless of the toon you are on, and the wow movement keys are all at default settings.

I have an issue with this....for example if I have a password with 1 in it that won't get passed to other windows even if I have keymaps off

I have to turn keymaps on and then turn them off.
After that, I can use letters and numbers, which are the hotkeys for mapped keys.

I have Keyboard Repeater on G1, Mouse on G2, Keymaps on G3.
At start up, I push G3 twice, and then G1 once.

I need to do that, only at the initial start up.
But if I don't, then the hotkeys for mapped keys interfere with repeater.
Not really sure why, but its an easy fix.

I just made a hotkey that typed the whole password in for me.

Sure this is sending multiple keystrokes with a single keypress, but its just text in a textbox, and I see it as being no different then sending a Paste message to each window, pasting the password which could be on the clipboard.

To do this using ISBoxer, create a hotkey which has 3 steps. The first step has 1 action for each character in your password. Step 2 has 1 action, being ENTER. Step 3 has 1 action, being ENTER.

Launch the Character Set, hit the hotkey twice, wait for char screen, hit the hotkey again. Done.

That assumes no authenticator.
If you have one, just adjust the keymap accordingly.

1: Password.
2: Enter.
3: Enter.
4: Enter.

And manually enter the authenticator code, after the 2nd step (enter) and before the 3rd step (enter).

I still like to type my password and such.
But you have the option of a mapped key too.
