Moorabi or w/e his name is...
Thing I noticed is I can breeze through regulars, but Heroic destroy me. Heals can't keep up/incoming damage is too much. (Not quite 540 def on tank.....Have to?) Mana on my priest also can't keep up. I can keep the mobs on me until the tank drops, so tanking isn't so much an issue (except those whelps in Occulus, wtf? healer dies every pull.)
My team:

http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Ravenholdt&n=Laralissa
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Ravenholdt&n=Teriyani
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Ravenholdt&n=Arelys
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Ravenholdt&n=Velass
Generally I use Devotion aura. Kings on the locks, BoW on Priest and BoS on Paladin. Lock 1 uses Imp, lock 2 uses Felhunter, lock 3 uses Succubus.
Now the dps spread on the locks varies consistently about 200 dps....not that the top lock, Arelys shines as dps at slightly less than 1200 dps. (Ugggh, tank is usually top dps.) Velass hovers at usually around 1100. Teriyani is lucky to break 1000dps. The only difference I can see between the top 2 is Arelys has the Inscription shoulder enchant and Flask of the North vs Velass' Flask of the North for Alchemy. (Really, the shoulder enchant makes 100dps difference?) Teriyani, slightly speccd different for the imp and healthstones (I also don't have either her tailoring or JC specials yet.). Also, instead of CoA, I uses CotE (Which I'm assuming benefits the other 2 locks as well.)
I use a castsequence for the locks (Also, it's rare that they miss target.)
Arelys and Velass: Corruption, CoA, Haunt, UA, SB (spam)
Teriyanni: CotE, Corruption, Haunt, UA, SB (spam)
So......advice? My first heroic boss was kind of a Pyrric victory.....Only 1 lock survived. (Priest was SS, woot for 3 warlocks!)
Except f'n clothies are subject to getting 1 and 2 shotted in heroics:(

Tank:
Gear wise your pally looks fine for starting heroics. What is your tanking rotation?
Healer:
And which spells do you heal with? Mana problems? I would really consider going Disc with the priest, mana efficiency is great.
Warlocks:
Again, Destruction might give you much better dps as a boxer. Fights on heroic are relatively short, I don't think affliction will even have time to get dots on during trash fights and when you gear up a bit bosses drop pretty fast as well. My affliction lock was struggling and dot rotation macros just didn't seem to cut it, also 1.2 - 1.3K dps and when I switched to Destro it jumped to 1.8 - 2K dps.
PS: Might want to try Halls of Lightning, the first 2 bosses are pretty easy, not too much funny stuff and the 3rd boss is now much easier after the nerf. Last boss might be doable as well with CoH.

W/ the tank, this works great:
/startattack
/castsequence reset=8 Holy Shield, Hammer of the Righteous, Consecration, Shield of Righteousness, Judgement of Wisdom, Hammer of the Righteous
I did really put out on gear for the tank over the weekend (If I can't tank it...I can't kill it.)....made about 2400g w/ a clearance sale of all the crap I stored in my banks. (Be surprised how well old cooking mats sold for, lol.)
I considered Destruction, but solo w/ another destruction lock, I get hung up on the spell that requires Immolate....the name escapes me atm, It seemed to happen alot too., so idk. I may have too though, waiting for DoTs to tick is alot of beaters on the tank the priest needs to heal.
Disc for the priest seems abit more management required for the priest, maybe I'm not playing Disc correctly (my solo priest is Disc part time when not Shadow.) Seemed Holy, w/ the AoE CoH/PoH are better for my life-tapping locks.

Unless you spread your alts out a lot, simply casting holy nova for aoe heals seems to keep me covered with my disc priest in my team.
And the fact that it does no threat is a big bonus if you have trouble keeping mobs off your healer.

Hadnt even really thought about Holy Nova. I've left that on my key w/ the locks Hellfire, which is about the only time I use it. SoC, Hellfire, Holy Nova takes care of just about any non-elite group.
For now, I'm going to try a /click w/ respeccing Destro w/ the 3 locks to see if the replenishment helps any as well as the higher DPS to see if it was just having to heal too too much. Since I've done destro before I'm abit more familier w/ that so Ima try that first.

Respecd the locks destro....all 3 are w/in 10% of each other which I'll take as slight variations in gear/profession bonuses etc. Arelys and Velass had about a 20% boost in DPS while Teriyani had close to 30% boost.
Thinus, I'm using your click sequence macro you posted (although I added in Corruption in the sequence.)
Gonna take me abit to get used to it though lol. Probably make it easier to place the /click macro on my spamadin's tanking button:) instead of trying to hit "ctrl1" to apply DoTs.

Cool. Just add or remove commas to suit your rhythm. My lock topped 5K dps for the first time on a few fights in PoS heroic. With the trinkets I suppose but still not shabby.

5K dps, lol I wish. I spiked at 1700ish.....but I still got blues and greens. I won't see the inside of PoS for abit me thinks. But thanks for the suggestions.

Take your tank and dual/switch to a dps spec and run some random heroics and let the others carry you for a bit. It will expose you to the heroic versions of the instances and in a few hours its not hard to knock out 30-50 tokens and pick up some MAJOR upgrades like the shoulders chest or the ring. Also there is a good chance of picking up a random iLev200 upgrade for a slot or 4 while your at it. Also be ready to drop a few hundred gold on epic gems and enchants as well when you pick them up.
Make sure you look at some of the faction rewards as well. Random heroics wont take long go get exalted if you use the tabards. You will be ready to lead your own army to hell in no time.
If you want all your toons to get tokens together and you dont want to run some randoms with the tank by themselves, Pick an instance that you can farm the first boss on and just pound that out 30 times and everyone upgrades at the same time and it will only get easier from there. That snake boss in Gundark is prolly where I would start, Theres like one pull and then the boss. You should hit the instance limit farming him.
Looking at your paladins armory, there are several no cost upgrades you can get, Go buy a stack or 3 of saronite bars and have someone make you some daunting legplates.

You will be surprised how quickly you progress through the heroics once you get 1 or 2 of them down. Once the badges start rolling in the set pieces make a huge difference. Gemming will be the gold sink and finding abyssals early on until you can clear ToC. HoL and UK were the first ones I cleared and then the others quickly followed, Nexus, Gundrak, DTK, UP, AK, AN (although the last boss is difficult).
I still have 3 left, Occulus, HoS (just can't get past the event) and HoR.

i was under the impression that every heroic can only be run once a day, so how should that snake be farmed over and over ?

Downed Eck after multiple attempts w/ only my Paladin and Priest (just barely) left alive. That Bitch needs to hold still, swung back to the clothies while my taunts were on cd. The clothies didn't last long.

Killed Eck for the first time on my 5 paladins too this weekend, however, it's such an annoying fight I won't even bother with Eck again. Even though the paladins are right behind Eck, it will still jump far away, face everyone, do the stupid spit, then I'm forced to bubble and heal up.
Did you try first boss of UK? He's pretty easy, so is the second boss, but it takes wayyyy too long to run that instance if you have low dps. Nexus is a surprisingly easy Heroic too, but takes about as long as UK.
Otherwise just grind out Gundrak everyday, two very quick emblems.

Wisdom, mainly for the mana, but I'm tempted to try Corruption.

Usually what I do is I queue for the random regular. There's 2 badges right there. Usually get HoL which I can run right through. (I've gotten Occulus once or twice and ToC which I'm not even going to attempt anytime soon.) UK's 2 was on my list to sample next, as was the first boss in DTK. I think the first 2 at least are on the menu for CoS.

You might want to try seal of light out to see if it helps keep you healed a bit better.

I agree, unless you have aggro issues, you really don't need seal of corruption. I used seal of light + judgement of light.

I have never had problems with Eck my taunts usually are up just in time to taunt him back.

The other night I ran through Nexus. Got Omorrok (messy but got him.) and Commander Stoutbeard (omg those fears on those clerics).
Just this afternoon, I cleared UK...some rough spot, particularly the end w/ Ingvar, I got creamed....took the paladin out just as I dropped him at pahse 1...whoops, clothies can't tank phase 2. Second time, paladin was the only survivor but a doable clear. (Now I'll be queueing for the rando hoping for UK.
So 7 bosses on my list so far as doable. Just not fast clears. 90 minutes approximately for UK,,,wipes and looting I think is slowing me down but right now I need the lootz lol.
