So my team consists of:

Death Knight, blood tank
Warlock, destro (for replenishment)
Mage, arcane
Shaman, elemental
Priest, holy

It works great and I love it. Everything is going pretty smooth with one exception. My warlock's dps macro is pulling much lower dps than what I can do with him solo.

For example right now in UK recount is showing:
Mage 2874
Shaman 2397
Warlock 1541
DK 1439

I can't seem to come up with a macro for my warlock that pulls better dps and does not get hung up on conflagrate.

Here's what I'm using:
#showtooltip
/assist Smokar
/castsequence [nochanneling] reset=target/combat Curse of the Elements, Immolate, Incinerate, Incinerate, Life Tap, Incinerate, Incinerate, Incinerate

edit - also i forgot to mention, I'm perfectly willing to drop replenishment and respec him to afflic or demo if that means better dps. I've avoided affliction because on short lived trash it really doesn't have time to ramp up. I'll be looking into a demo spec and macros and see if that helps

Also kind of off topic. Here are the macros for my other characters if anyone wants to use them. They work pretty well for me.

Shaman:
#showtooltip
/assist Smokar
/castsequence [nochanneling] reset=10 Flame Shock, Lava Burst, Chain Lightning, Lightning Bolt, Lightning Bolt

Mage:
arcane
#showtooltip
/assist Smokar
/castsequence [nochanneling] reset=combat Arcane Blast, Arcane Blast, Arcane Blast, Arcane Missiles

fire
#showtooltip
/assist Smokar
/castsequence [nochanneling] reset=target/combat Scorch, Living Bomb, Fireball, Fireball, Fireball, Fireball, Living Bomb, Fireball, Fireball, Fireball, Fireball, Fireball

Death Knight:
blood
#showtooltip
/cast !Rune Strike
/castsequence [nochanneling] reset=6 Icy Touch, Plague Strike, Pestilence, Death Strike, Blood Boil
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear()

frost
#showtooltip
/assist rakoms
/cast !Rune Strike
/castsequence [nochanneling] reset=6 Icy Touch, Plague Strike, Pestilence, Blood Boil, Howling Blast
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear()

If you are willing to take a /click approach you can take a look at my mixed team thread linked in my signature. The lock has the full macro set listed.

Even without a /click setup, there are a couple simple steps you can take to increase your warlock's dps:
Put Curse of Elements on a separate macro so it is only cast once on each target, and include conflagrate and chaos bolt in your rotation.

Something like this should give you better results:

#showtooltip
/assist Smokar
/castsequence reset=target/combat Curse of Elements, null
/castsequence reset=target/combat Immolate, Incinerate, Conflagrate, Chaos Bolt, Life Tap, Incinerate, Incinerate, Incinerate

Its not pretty, nor a very good rotation, but it should give you better results than your current macro without /click.
Getting a proper /click macro however, would be much better, most likely. It really depends more how regularly you can/will be hitting your dps macro.

/click is the way to go. I just tested my macro and it's spot on with the rotation, keeping up all my dots and such. I was able to sustain 5k DPS for 2 minutes, sometimes hitting 5.5k. My more geared shaman is only at 6k on the same fight. I was watching the cooldowns as i was spamming my macro, and the sequence is definately not feasable with a tratitional macro, there's too many times when you need to hit a few more incinerates while the CDs on conflag and chaos bolt are ticking away.

Now I gotta get my mage /clickafied. I know i can do a bit more dps.

Are you in T10 hitting 5k? My locks are pretty well geared at this point with some tweaks needed and the best I have hit in a fight has been 4k?
I too am using click sequence and your above rotation is pretty much the same as mine.
Just curious :)

No T10, just 3 pc T9, a lot of the ulduar badge gear from heroics during 3.2. Nothing over ilvl 232, and i still have a bunch of ilvl 200 epics, and a blue offhand lol. Toons name is Rhonolo on kil'jaeden. Ive got about 2700 spellpower with demon armor. Also make sure you use your weapon buff, I often forget mine.

I presume you mean Fel Armor? And to have the fel stone for crit which I am ALWAYS forgetting lol .
I quickly took a look at your lock and the big hitters you seem to have are your sword and trinkets, otherwise I am probably ahead in some gear. Showing you about 100 spellpower ahead right now.
Got me wondering now do I need to tweak my macro's a little more :D

yeah, fel armor. I just have an addon that reminds me to buff so i dont know what its called lol. Also, I always keep my imp unphased, so he gets all the raid buffs (kings and int especially) which helps my overall dps as well. I forget which stone I use, but i think its the one that adds buff to dots? not sure. I got the info from theorycrafting a long time ago, so who knows.

I got my sword and helm from Ony 10. Just pug it once a week, its quick, and due to the nature of the drops, you are more likely to get an item by default if you are the only toon of the class. Theres also a good offhand and cape too, as well as the ring from the Ony head quest.

I must check out my imp phasing, never really paid attention to that until you just mentioned it :D
All good food for thought :)

Also, I just remembered, are you hit capped? I am only hit capped if I have a draenei in the group, and either a shadowpriest or a boomkin. I did my testing on the lvl 80 dummy, not the lvl 83 due to this, as most any raid has a draenei, and theres usually a boomkin or spriest.

I just checked out your lock, and you could probably move some points around, put less in affliction and more in Demo to buff up the imp. My imp by himself can do a decent amount of DPS. Also, you dont need the 3 points in improved shadowbolt for a destro build, as you will be spamming incinerate.

well I am only doing 5 man heroics and I am at about 250 hit so quite a bit off on being hit capped. I do not have any of the above classes in my group, only 2 locks, hunter, druid and pally.

you are probably hit capped as far as heroics are concerned. http://www.wowwiki.com/Spell_hit its kinda tricky. Heroic bosses are level 82, and you are currently specced into 3% hit, so you only neeed 79 hit, less if you have a draenei. You are under hit cap for raids, however with a shadowpriest or a boomkin, and a draenei you should be perfectly in line. Thats how my lock is set up.

I figured out my problem. What happens if during the macro he casts the ability before conflagrate then, the mob dies, he switches to the next target and gets stuck on Conflagrate. I dunno, I've been lazy with click. I really need to look into that. Wouldn't the same problem occur though? Switching targets and getting stuck on Conflag.

#showtooltip
