Make 20k one day***!!

So this is how i went from 1k-21k in a day ;0
I have done the heroic daily every day this week, along with the weekly raid, and the quests to do the 3 new heroics in ICC
This left me with 23 frost badges on each character. I bought 4 primordial saronite thingies, which sold for 2.5k each. this is 10k
So then I went and did wintergrasp, this left me after all the quests, and turning in around 300 stone keeper shards from the heroics i did, which left me right around honor cap from basically 0 honor.. so i bought 7x4 epic gems which sell for 150g each on my sever. Finally from all the heroics i have 135 ish triumph badges (did a little heroic farming for a couple hours) so i could turn in 9x4 crusader orbs which sell for around 200each also (lame)..

So, so far i had..
4 primordial saronite= 2.5kx4= 10k
24 epic gems= 150x24= 3.6k
36 crusader orbs= 200x36= 7.2k

totaling over 20k!! woot woot

That's quite an income but I would never sell those frost badges since the only way to upgrade your gear if you're not raiding are those badges.

I sold 5x Primordial Saronites for 3.6k gold each on my server a few days ago.

I love my new vendor mount. ^.^

I honestly couldn't care less about upgrading my main instance group using the frost emblems since I can already clear most of the heroics without issues. Gold is the only thing that I need right now since I keep trying to level new teams.

I'm not sure this counts as making money in one day, since honor cap, frost badges and all the triumph badges constitutes a major time investment, but yeah if you sold it all at once, good job =)

yeah its not all in one day but it is over like 4 days! which isnt that bad, i mean u could get the 21 frost +honor cap with not much investment, heroic daily is like 20 min for me, and doing WG is another 30. but realistically we play longer than that !

Shit, 20k gold a week would make me one happy sombitch. That's some damn good advice on makin money. Now all I need is to get my ass to 80 and well geared so I can finally start running heroics. :D

well go go goggo these high amounts of gold for like the new frost orbs will go down :( but the gems will always be around 200 offseason, and higher right when a arena season starts or w/e

I put my WoW to pause before second expansion. Now I'm back and it somewhat pisses me off to note how much my nice 15k purse has inflated.

The PVP people that do heroics for the gems, enchant mats and what not it makes great sense to works a similar system to this.

I am not sure this works as well on all servers, those orbs are damn discounted at times it seems.

So for 50 frost emblems, which will take me 25 days to get them, I can either get a substanial cloak upgrade or 10k gold on each of my toon - I actually go for the cloak.

Unless you're not in dire need of gold I don't see that as a good bargain (trading primordinal saronite for frost emblems), not even thinking about I need to run those dailies for almost another month to see the next possible upgrade.

I can make 1000g a day just blowing runed cardinals...twice that if I bothered to log on and restock. And there just isn't that much that gold can buy, besides other peoples' raid mats.

battered hilts for all melee teams.. crafted stuff. could drop 150-200k on a new team probably, if you didn't feel like starting at the bottom and trying to farm gun'drak and UP

I made a crazy amount of gold back in the day selling arena points. I had about 10 teams that I cycled through and sold 8 spots per team. It was an insanely lucrative business. I somehow blew all my gold though haha.

Each spot was easily 500-1k gold. I guess that was a potential every week of 80k gold... those were the days!

sadly druids are not as strong anymore so... ill keep my pali going for 2k

Hmm name doesn't ring a bell but I did play with a ton of druids. They were pretty powerful back in the day. I think these days I prefer a priest for the utility though.
