So, i got 3/5 relentless relentless weapon and accessories (4 shammies)
I got a bunch of triumph badges from running heroics with my friend (tank) and i was wondering what kinda dps change will i get from getting all the t9 gear?
im almost thinking it will go down... because each one has like 30 less SP

Remember, you're losing a ton of +hit/+expertise/etc. that help your DPS immensely in heroics/raids. If it's just normal 5-mans, nothing will live long enough to notice a difference, IMO.

This stands true for heroic 5 mans also. Its only 10/25man raids that you will miss the hit and there, only on bosses.

Yea but who cares about trash in raids? Oo PvE gear is important if you plan on doing raids, otherwise its useless..

You probably wont notice much difference outside of the hit you need to reliably hit raid bosses. The set bonuses are nice... actually if I remember right the problem I had with pvp gear is not enough int and therefore my shamans would run oom on bosses. Whats your mana pool like?
edit: This isexactly what I was wondering about my rets the other day. Should I get the T9 stuff or buy the pvp gear with tokens? The problem I was having is that each piece of T9 was -30stam per piece. My rets already have survival problems in some heroics where I know having 2k more health would be the difference between a win or loss. Ret paladins are also in a weird spot, haste isnt that valuable a stat, neither is armor pen. So really all they need is crit, exp, str. Which is really easy to get on pvp gear with some good gemming. I often wonder what kind of dps a full relentless ret could pull in a raid setting vs a pve ret.
