Well, I tried setting repeater to off and maps to off - I would have thought that would be a complete mute to all key-sends, but some keys still go through....
I want 1 single button that cuts off ALL broadcasting, is there such a possibility? Like the mute of keyclone?
No there isn't a "true mute button". If you disable Repeater and disable the Key Maps you want to stop, there is no other possibility of broadcasts...

I would think you could create a keymap that Do Actions for disabling mouse and key map which should in essence be a mute.

You have a "hierarchy of actions".
If Keymaps are on, then any hotkey which is tied to a mapped key performs as it is configured, no matter what other options you choose.
If Keymaps are off, then none of the hotkeys do anything.
However, Repeater can still broadcast keys.
It is secondary to Keymaps, if both are on.
If you disable repeater, and keymaps are off, almost nothing is broadcast.
The Control group of Keymaps aren't disabled by the Keymap on/off toggle.
So the hotkey for Repeater mode(s) or other Keymaps will still broadcast.
You could easily modify either keymap, or create a new keymap in the control group, which disables both Keymaps and Repeater (Keyboard, Mouse or both). If you really wanted, you could disable the control group of keymaps too, but then you have no way to turn them back on (I'd stick to disabling General, FTL DPS and any new groups of Keymaps you have made).
