Just out of interest...

I only started 3boxing lastnight and my little locks are now level 20. Has anyone bodyelse used or seen the macro funcion software with the N52 gamepads.

The software AI is quite intelligent, using the macro function on my main I was able to cast all dots + drain life with ONE keypress. Is this against the TOS? Or do you thinki Blizzard would find it acceptable.

The software has built in macro functionality so it records your keypresses then binds them to the buttons on the gamepad. I've found I've mor or less run out of all my buttons though >.<

The N52 Array programming software uses timers for macros. Add this to the fact that one button press generates multiple actions (e.g. CoA macro timer 1.5 sec for GC and cast Corruption.) I dont think Blizzard would allow it if they catch you.

Using timed macro functions such as this will get you in trouble. :-)

Yes that is bad, what you need to do (i use an n52 as well) is just treat each n52 button like a new keybind. What I mean is you set a group of keystrokes to each button on the gamepad. I used Shift+ctrl+1-0,[,],; and ' That way I simply have more 'keys' that I can bind with. Using the recorded macro function of the gamepad to chain cast spells is against the TOS because you are automating part of it. this is specifically why you cant make a macro in game that can cast multiple spells with one keypress.
