Seriously was there some announcement for enhancements to night elves? There is no less than 50 people leveling new alts in the NE starting zone on my server - all different zones too. It's kinda creepy since this this place is usually devoid of players.

Its all the hunters and rogues deciding they want to play a bear tank :)

Not even. All the classes were represented. I saw lvl 1 rogues, hunters, priests, etc. all running around killing the critters. It wasn't even alts. None had heirlooms and many were clueless. Someone mentioned something about a free trial when I asked what was up. It's great to see new players getting into the game. It just seems odd with so many hitting the game at the same time.

Did they mislabel Madoran a "New Player" server again?

That's what happened last time they did a few months back, the newbie zones exploded.

low to medium, it hits medium BARELY at prime time CST.

The new player server scenario makes sense.

Playing on a low pop server isn't so bad now that the new lfg system is up and running.

Its the spam "7 day free" that blizzard have been giving out to old account. Got email about it from blizz that one of my brothers old accounts was avalable for playing for 7 days. Looks like they are trying to get people back and start leveling now that they have changed the leveling for low levels to be much easyer :D
