This mode change alot when I´m boxing :)

Ever notice when you press a keybind or even click you don't actually start your attack or cast until you've released the button? This addon uses your abilities on key press not key release so it speeds up your rotation by a fraction on each attack adding up to a lot. They say it takes off about ~100ms of latency.

HKN, Keyclone and I believe even IS+ISboxer already accomplishes this effect for any button not defined as movement as they send a virtual keypress/keyrelease instantly after depressing the physical key. Kinda negates the need for an addon if you're a software boxer.

Someone more familiar with ISBoxer please correct me if I'm wrong, I don't want to spread false or misleading information.

I believe the default for IS Boxer, is to execute the step/action on key release.
But you can change this, via a drop down box.

Or you can have each step advance to the next stage on key down and key up actions; naturally the GCD might get in the way for many actions, it really depends on what you are doing. IWT (down) and DPS Key (up), would not interfere with each other, since IWT is not on the GCD. Similarly IWT (down) and Down Arrow (up), to break movement, would not "tangle" and you could use this to recover from a fear bomb and control how closely you run towards the target by timing your release.

Before people go on about up/down being one action, like they derailed the last thread, just remember Blizzard put the keyboard API in the game, which allows addons to register distinct actions on up and down; this is an option Blizzard has put into the game.

Sort of correct Bettysue but I believe that will only affect your slaves, not your main window (since the keypress/keyrelease is being sent normally there).
This addon (I use another one actually) does make a noticeable difference especially with timing critical effects like interrupts and such.
