By default wow has a pitchlimit of 90, setting it to 360 (or anything higher) allows you to do all that. Just type /console pitchlimit 360. There's also probably a set in config.wtf for it as well.

I never had to set the pitch limit just sue your defauly pitch keys insert and Delete
