Hey, yesterday i wanted to start a new mb team, i made the chars , logged it and everything was default.
Isnt there some simple way to fix most settings as your other groups in a minute?
Oh and btw, there was a problem with jamba , alts didnt follow main by accepting quests.
Regards & Thanks
Well Jamba definitely is able to help you with that - the macro section (if you're using the 0.5 developer version) is awesome, so awesome that if you - once setup correctly - simply add one new character, push the settings to that character and then just start having fun without having to setup anything else - at least that worked for me and my groups.

its a completely new team. :/ so cant just push information from main , cos main in that group got nothing either :P
I see - sadly I cannot access the addon / game right now and check whether or not an export function exists of some sort - alternatively you could login with 4/5 of the new team, push the settings from your old main (if on the same realm) and then login the new main and push the settings again ... I'd have to check the interface first but there is surely a way to do that. :)

ISBoxer makes this a lot easier. I generally don't do much in the way of macros and such until around 40, depending on what I'm doing.

You can usually save profiles in most addons, then you just load them up on your new chars. Jamba has this too I believe.
But yes, new teams it usually takes me a bit to get everything set up right, but I find that kinda fun and refreshing, at least if I haven't started a new team in a while.

You can go into wow for keybindings, and either to "character specific bindings", or have a generic set for all toons.
If you go generic, then certain button positions will always have the same keybind, across all toons.
You'll still need to drag buttons into place, and such.
Most addons save their settings across the account.
For the ones that save on a per character basis, you can copy the Addon.LUA file from one character and paste into the next.
You can do the same, from one account that has been configured to another that has not.
I generally use the same keybinds as much as possible.
AoE stuff is on Shift A, for every team and Self buffs are on Shift D.
Targetable buffs are on Shift J and K, while group buffs are on Shift F6 and Shift F7.
I also look at a new composition, and decide where spells will be placed at maximum level.
So I can get used to my keybindings, as I level up.

I built a template and fit all my players into that template. That way all characters on all accounts are universal.

Innerspace handles all of this for me. When I build a new team I set it up in ISBoxer first - usually by copying and pasting a current Character Set. There is a bug where it doesn't take the Window Swapping keys so I add those in manually.
I have Key Maps that do all my Repeater Functions and General Keymaps that have things like my Group Invite, Group Leave, AcceptTrade/BG/Random Dungeon, Leave BG/Random Dungeon, Drink Water, Mount etc.
Then my action bars, unit frames, and most other mods have profiles. I have customized the default profile for all of these mods so whenever I make a new character there is extremely minimal setup I need to do to slot in a different character or start a whole new team.
If I need to fix up any macros I edit them in ISBoxer then hit my reloadui -> all keybinding (G1 on my logitech) and bam away I go.
cant stress how powerful innerspace is, combined with jamba its pretty incredible. I used to 5x hardware box and it was nothing on the flexibility and power I have availible now.
