So my 2 questions are...
What heroic bosses are feasable with a 1pally 4 shamy team? I know there was a thread about mx # of badges per day (without random dung) but I can't find t anymore
Are you guys multiboxing by putting all in random quene or are you grouping and then just looking for tank/healer?

Any heroics are doable with that setup. Some harder then others, if your not used to, and your gear aint to good, I bet the new heroics will be hard.
To run random dungeon with a 5 multibox team, simply group up, make the leader sign up, choose healer/tank on some of the characters, and dps for the rest.

kk but after you group up you can't group up for another random correct? all /invite locks people out from going again together correct?
And what about the bosses such as the one with the harpoons and such... I feel like that would be a PITA, I know some others are a pita as well.

You get a 15 minute debuff, under that you can't use the dungeon finder tool again. You can still enter dungeons with your group, if you manually move there.
About the bosses...it's still the same, if you use the dungeon tool. Just as hard - or easy as before :)

your asking how to use the random dungeon tool? Put your guys in, and make sure you choose at least one tank and healer.
Also, the question about pally+shaman teams has been asked like 50 times and may in fact be the most popular topic over time on these boards, a simple browse will yield you some answers.
Short answer.. they can do anything, and should have no problems over any other teams.

I know how to us the random dung tool. As for the bosses I didn't mean PUG's w/ the tool, I meant if I am playing by myself, how would I go about those encounters?
You still cannot pick the dungeon you want more than once though even if you are grouped up, so I still wouldn't be able to enter a heroic more than once a day. I'm looking into farming reg PoS I guess.
The question about team comp. was more direction to people running that comp and giving help/walkthroughs

There are plenty of walkthroughs on this site. Either ask direct questions or use the search feature.

If you know how the use the random dungeon tool, then you know that you can simply keep doing random dungeons over and over with the same group. AT THE MOMENT the tool is broken, so that if you do not have at least one random/new person in your group, if you get the same dungeon twice, it will already be cleared.
As for your other questions about how to do heroics with your team, there is a subforum for instance questions. I suggest a search of that forum. All heroics are doable, and become quite easy actually with experience.

good luck to you

You choose a very interesting abbreviation for "dungeon".

you might want to look into the history of the word
From Oxford dictionary (http://www.askoxford.com/concise_oed/dungeon?view=uk):
dungeon
• noun a strong underground prison cell, especially in a castle.
— ORIGIN Old French, probably originally with the sense ‘lord’s tower’, from Latin dominus ‘lord’.
From Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dungeon#Etymology):
In its original medieval usage, donjon meant a keep, the main tower of a castle which formed the final defensive position to which the garrison could retreat when outer fortifications were overcome. The word dungeon is based on Old French donjon, which is derived from Latin dom(i)niōn- "property" (and ultimately dominus "lord"). By association of a tower with a prison, its English meaning has evolved over time to mean an underground prison or oubliette, typically in a basement of a castle.
So what has this got to do with "dung"?
EDIT:
Found something on here (http://www.thefreedictionary.com/dungeon):
It is also possible that dungeon goes back to a Germanic word related to our word dung. This assumed Germanic word would have meant "an underground house constructed of dung." If this etymology is correct, the word dungeon has ended up where it began.

Run a few randoms with your tank and gear up. If your not def capped etc and cant be the tank. switch to dps or something instead. You will be blowing through heroics in record time and get to see how a lot of the fights work so you will be better prepared for them when you do it with your group. Also when you start heroics have a well geared tank can mean all the difference if the rest of the team is in quest greens. I picked up 101 badges over the weekend and I think the longest heroic run was about 45min. with most in the the 20-30 min to clear. Going from a quest blue chest to the T9 +gems and enchants was an insane upgrade for my tank.

You can do practically all instances with a pala and 4 shamans, even solo some raid instances parts like Naxx 10.
If you find it hard to work with a pala and 4 shamans then probably your tank is slacking.
Go solo play your tank for a couple of days with the rand dungeon stuff. If you queue as a solo tank the wait time is zero/nothing/nada. Each random dungeon will give you between 5 and 7 emblems and if you have a decent healer in the group it will take between 20 and 40 minutes to be completed.
In a couple of days you will have your tank with full T9 and some extra stuff from drops. Then you can go rampant with your 50% unbuffed avoidance and storm practically any instance with your shaman companions.
This is my tank in process of overgearing him. I was able to down heroics and some naxx10 boses with much worse gear (mostly blues). As he is geared now in most instances I don't need to heal him at all even on boss fights. 3x healing totem + seal of light + judgement of light is usually more than enough to keep him topped

Big part of your mitigation as pala tank comes from your rotation besides your gear. Having always holy shield up is 30% extra block chance. With that gear this means 87% chance to get no damage at all or almost no damage. If redoubt procs (and it procs alot), that's 117% chance to get no damage or practically no damage.

I'd like to point out that though shield block is very important on a paladin avoidance like dodge/parry are equally important.
You can technically get really good stats just from BOE gear. If you have boxed your team up you should have more than enough gold to get your paladin some really good gear. Especially with crusader orbs plumiting you can get a really really sexy chest piece and wrists. I don't think it is required you be in full t9, but at least before starting doing heroics take your paladin and get him some of the tanking items out of normal ToC such as the boots, belt, pants and hands. There is also a really good tanking trinket from there as well.
So if you go through BOE gear + ToC you should be able to come out with a decent set of starter gear (over 32k life, 20%ish dodge/parry, decent hit but not the best shield block)

thanks guys I'll look into all that
How fast does the 1-60 raf guide on these boards get you to 60? I know the quest tool isn't for raf so it must get outdated at points.
How about 60-70 and 70-80, just run instances? what would be the fastest/easiest way?
btw: thank you thin ;)
