X-keys pro problem

Hi i am having a bit of trouble with the "Macro works" program or the x-keys itself. I have downloaded the Macroworks II program but when i plug my USB x-keys in Vista brings up a window saying "windows needs to install driver software for xkeys". i have tried all the options. i have gone thorugh my whole harddrive and the drives are not to be found.

any help will do :)
