Start saving your gold! :D
None up on my AH yet (Just the Belt Of The Lonely Noble, for 25k), but they look pretty easy to get, I saw at least 5 players get it in Dalaran the other day when I was tweaking my UI (yet again, sigh, I hate patches). There should be a pretty good market for them eventually.

Theres a thread on this already. Check the PvE forum and no they are not common. It will probably take your team a week of farming these dungeons to get them all one, if you are lucky.
A week of farming to get 657SP weapons for the team? And you're complaining?

That's funny, I dont see a single word in my reply that is complaining. It was just "no they are not too common"
I guess that's complaining around here.

They're WAY more common than Foror's Compendium was. The drop rate is about 1/2% from every trash mob, so on average you'll get one every 200 kills. It's probably easier to get 5 hilts to drop than to farm a specific heroic trying to get the same single item for 4 or 5 of your team.
The item is made for non-raiders anyway, as 251 is the lowest ICC raid ilvl. If you can find pugs to do the raids, you may as well just skip the Quel'delar. I did a 10man ICC clear last night on my horrible shaman (232 shoulders, everything else 200-226) and lost the roll on Midnight Sun :(

No rolls on hilts...hmm.
But pugging raids? Did they nerf them that much since I was last in one, or do you just hate life?

10 mans haven't been too bad to pug since Toc, assuming you have an average of at least one brain/person in the group (obviously not always the case though).
