Seems to be undocumented but...

If you fly straight up with your main/leader your slaves will follow you up into the air.

If that is true, then that is really awesome. I hate getting follow breaks for accidentally hitting the space bar while flying around. Not to mention having to always auto-follow after taking to the air from the ground.

It is very true...I've been using it the last 8 hours :) The patch notes are a little TL;DR so again...might be documented...might not.

That's awesome!! No more circling upwards just to not break follow!

I used to Space, then Control Space.
For main to take off, then alts.

This is a nice change.

Quickly changing altitude, with crusader aura on, was about the only way to break flying follow.
I wonder if this improved vertical follow will fix that?

Hmmm...that will help in Occulus...

Before I would use my autofollow macro and slaves would follow main. since patch my slaves will only follow if i click on each indiviual window and maximize it. This must a keyclone setting? how to fix this?

I'm finding that using my spacebar to gain elevation still breaks follow. I do notice that steep ascents and descents does not like it used to.

Are others losing follow by using spacebar to gain altitude still? or am I missing the point of this thread?

Correct. I was all excited last night about spacebar not breaking follow. Apparently it's only about flying straight up, not space baring straight up.

Still can't hit spacebar :(

I've always just used the spacebar to bring everyone straight up. I have to re-hit my follow key after wards to resume forward flight, but spacebar always brought everyone vertical for me. But I still have to hit follow after spacebar. I'm not seeing any change.
