okay, I was thinking about five druids

one would be feral (bear tank), and one would be tree of life (resto) and rest dps

and then have dual-talents for balance.

should I stack haste? it seems like Wrath has a standard cast time of 1.5 seconds (already very quick) which is even more boosted by Nature's Grace by 20% (down to 1.2 seconds)

if I stack haste, will I end up running out of mana? Oomkin, sort of?

also, do druids in moonkin form have the same amount of armor as a warrior/paladin/dk without armor bonuses from items?

For balance, stack crit over haste.
You get very close to the haste cap, just from Nature's Grace.

Hit, until capped for your content will be the best thing to stack.
And spell power, is what you'll focus on.

You'll basically want to Wrath, until you get an Eclipse proc, then Starfire.
Starfire is a much better spell generally speaking.
In PvP, if you're not in plain view, Starfire just hits them, Wrath travels to the target.

If you want to manage Eclipse procs, go with two click castsequences:
IS - MF - Wrath
IS - MF - Starfire

If you don't want to manage Eclipse procs, go with one:
IS - MF - Castsequence
reset=8 Wrath, Wrath, Wrath, Wrath, Starfire, Starfire, Starfire, Starfire

If you have poor latency, a castsequence might suck.
You could go /castrandom Wrath Starfire

Mana won't be a huge issue.
Dreamstate is passive extra regeneration.
Your spirit contributes to spell power, so you'll have a lot of that too.
And you have an Innervate per Boomkin, on a quick reuse.

Not sure on the exact armor compared to another tank type.
But you get close to the same armor increase as a bear, who generally has much more armor then a warrior, pally or death knight; bears get extra armor contribution from talents.
It will be a high amount of armor, at any rate.
The Tree will have decent armor too.

My druids are spec'd like this:
A) Balance (with FF talent) - Feral
B) Balance (with Imp. MotW) - Resto
C-E) Balance

Haste only becomes usefull in endgame gear if i'm correct.

hit > spellpower > crit, if i'm correct.

You don't really need a lot of hit.
It is more useful then anything else, until you hit the cap for your content.

For heroics, with the hit talents in Balance.
You need 52 or 80 rating.
Forget which was which, but Shaman's needed one and Druids the other.
Regardless, a very low amount of hit rating, probably 2-3 pieces or so.

Spell power is more important then anything else.
But if everything is equal, crit is more useful for boomkins then haste or spell penetration.
If you're PvPing, put the spell pen. enchant on the cloak, and that's probably enough.
