Hello, just thought id pop in and say hi

After 3 years of wow raiding thru naxx and then keal/vashj one charactor just didn't seem very challenging anymore and when i saw the 4 shaman pvp video on the main site i was hooked. so after a few months i finally did it and bought 2 more accounts.

I got a keyclone license and rolled 3 shamans for a 3v3 pvp team.

for leveling ive got a preexisting shaman (lv 61) so im lvling a mage to 45, then switching to my lvl 45 pali alt and 2 shamans.

im running a Q6600 (3.2ghz/core), 8800gtx, 4gb of ram. one machine for all 3 and 2 21" monitors

my only concerns thus far is running out of keys because of totems. so i may have to seriously consider an xkey pad but my keyboard tray wont fit it so eventually ill have to work something out. secondly is 3 shamans enough to kill some one quickly in a 3v3 environment.

in the hardware section there is a thread about gamepads. For running all of the same class you need much fewer keys and macros to make things work because there isnt much to choose from. I have a G15 and an n52 and I currently only use maybe 20% of all the programmable keys on them to do stuff. Dont forget about the numpad.

Btw, you wouldnt happen to be the person I talked to on MSN last night? your setup seems familiar :)

Nope not me, but my setup is becoming quite common since the price on computer parts has dropped pretty significantly in the last year for what ive got.

When i was 5boxing with trial accounts i used 15fps for when the screen was not focused and 100 max for focused, on the main screen i got normal fps (40-100 depending on the area) and the other 4 guys were all at 15 steady. when i didn't have that turned on my main screen studdered like crazy.

In regards to "running out of keys because of totems", you should just make a /castsequence for each character and bind it to the same key. They could all put out different totems, you'd just hit the same button 4 times. You shouldn't worry about all of the combos of different totems, you should just find some standard set that you put out for every pull.
