So read this in the patch notes
Macro Changes
Symbol “@” added as a synonym for “target=”;. For example, “/cast [@focus] Flash Heal”.
For those of you who don't use an addon to increase available macro length, this should be good news. Still nice to not have to throw a target= in everytime now. Good simplification IMHO.

Also saw this:
New macro conditionals: “vehicleui” (if the player has a vehicle UI) and “unithasvehicleui” (if the target of the macro has a vehicle UI).
Guess it will be handy for all heavy vehicle users!?

Sweet! Mass macro rewrite for me. Good thing I am in the middle of fine tuning my interface.

I wonder how will this work. It almost sounds like a multi-boxer friendly update.

I'll just leave my existing macros as they are.
However, future macros will take advantage of @

I'll edit some to make room for fitting more stuff in them to make them better, though i'll leave the rest until I edit them for other reasons.

Not sure how the vehicle stuff is going to work, will we be able to follow a players vehicle now?

Woulden't a dirty solution be:
Copy/paste macro to a text editor.
And do a search and replace...
I guess it could get you into trouble perhaps.
