Gearing up fresh level 80 elemental shaman?

Whats the easiest way to gear up elemental shaman for pvp? The crafted pvp set contains mp5 and no crit but has lots of resilience / stamina, not to mention its fast and cheap to make, what other options are their? Would it be better to just run wintergrasp and heroics?

Farm bgs, and for weps, u could run ToC HC, for the daggzor :) Do as me, have your "main" shaman dualspecced Healer, then u use focus macros for heal = you can have target on boss to let ur "slaves" assist u, and u can still heal your focus (the tank). Easy as hell :)

The crafted set is decent.

Not really worth the gold, imo.
But if you want it, or have it, it certainly won't hurt.

Just run as many BG's as you can stand; AV is the best.

The Titansteel Mace is a fairly decent main hand.
Or the ToC dagger.
Either will last you quite a while; stick the 50 SP enchant on it (63 SP costs a ton).

Do Wintergrasp at every opportunity.
The quests do a hard reset on server maintenance.
And you can do them four days after you did them last.
So potentially twice a week, if you do them within a couple of days of maintenance.
