Good morning,
Now that my group is 80 and I have my tank and my priest some what set up. I could use a little more understanding on my 3 elemental shamans. Right now with all blues their dps is 1300 or so using recount ( thats max ). I noticed that allot of Shamans getting 2k+ dps. What stats should I focus on to get the dps up, haste or what please.
Thank you in advanced ,
So far I have DTK and UK on farm but Gundrak still eludes me which I think is due to dps from group.

1) Don't forget to drop Nature Resistance totems. 2) get hit capped for heroics, which isn't hard 3) stack SP->crit->haste. This will change a bit if you want to raid, but for heroics this will help a lot. 3) Be sure to blow trinkets whenever they are up and heroism on the bosses.
Another good tip to to make a Chain Heal macro that targets someone else. For a while I ran CH without a macro and would end up only healing myself with it if I was spread out, like you are in the elemental fight when starting out.

A couple more things I noticed from your armory. 1) your guys are wearing some melee gear. Even if you need to do some normal instances (which is good practice for heroics) replace that with caster gear. Don't be afraid of cloth and leather. 2) You don't need Totem of Wrath on more than one guy, it doesn't stack :( 3) Make sure you guys are dropping the totem that fit their spec (i.e. the guy with 3/3 Enhancing Totems should drop Strength of Earth or Flametongue totem.
As soon as you can afford it, get a Titansteel Guardian for your guys. It is the single best upgrade that is easy to get. Finally, invest some time in ToC. Do the dailies there and start learning to joust on normal. Once you get a bit more gear you should be able to at least kill the first boss (or group of bosses, as it is) on normal and farm some really nice epic caster gear.
Good luck!
One more thing, lol. Your paladin looks good but get Circle of Healing on your priest. It's like cheating it's so good. I am a poor holy priest (I prefer disc for 5 mans) but I know that CoH is very nice.

Thanks for the information guys,
For dps I am using a macro that is flame shock, lava and then LB's ( macro is based on macro from this forum )
I have one for just spamming LB's doesnt seem to be much difference in dps according to recount
I will have to work on getting more caster gear, and im broke so cant get shield just yet but thanks for info
Do you think I can do ToC already ... In heroic mode or normal mode ,,,, wouldnt mind that trinket dark heart or what ever its called

I would do the dailies and learn to joust then give ToC a try on normal. There is a great guide here about how to joust and I made a video on what I do in ToC that is here somewhere . . .

I don't think you would if you were wearing melee gear, tbh.

haste is better than crit and is better than even sp at certain haste ranges

It is ok to spec TOW on all of them and use the glyph. Before a fight have them all drop the TOW for the spell power buff then drop your normal totem set.

Well, if he doesn't know how to gear his toons, there is a completely different issue at hand.

I would look at a click castsequence.
They are in the wiki.
Bigfish made the thread, which explains them; it is always on the top 2 pages of the macro forum.
Prioritize: Flame Shock > Lava Burst > Chain Lighting > Lightning Bolt
Adjust the commas for your spam speed.
I would glyph for Lava Burst, Totem of Wrath and Lightning Bolt.
Drop the ToW on every shaman, every 5 mins or so.
Then, drop whatever totem set you'd normally use for your DPS.
The normal set should include 1x ToW + 3x other Fire Totems.
Probably also 1x Wrath of Air for caster haste + 3x Grounding (unless you want something else).
And 1x Mana, 3x Other water totems.
Earth doesn't impact spell casting dps, but I like staggered Tremors, as a precaution against fear.
I generally gear, prioritizing spell power over everything else.
Crit and Haste are both nice.
Hit is quite important, until you're hit capped then its useless.
Be sure to Water Shield frequently, and to keep up your Flametongue Weapon buff.
Bloodlust/Heroism on bosses or in arena.
