Hi all,

I'm new on this forum and I want to start Multi-Boxing! So I already have a WOW account now where I play my level 80 Holy Paladin on. His offspec is Protection so that could be usefull right? My first question that I wanted to answer when I tought about Multi-Boxing was, which setup would be nice for me...? So I want to keep my Holy Paladin + 2 RANGED DPS, but I don't know if it would be good a setup.

My second question is: What do I all need to start multiboxing. 3 Accounts + ... ?

This is the hardware I have:

Graphic Card: Geforce 8800 GTS 640MB
Processor: Intel Dual Core E6550
HDD: 160GB + 1TB
Cooler: Antec Tri Led 80MM
Motherboard: Intel P5N-E SLI
Case: Coolermaster Lite
Mouse: Logitech MX518
Mousepad: QPAD
Headphones: SteelSeries 5HV2
Speakers: Logitech Z-5500 (5.1 Dolby Surround Sound System)
Keyboard: Microsoft Sidewinder x6
Monitor: Samsung Syncmaster 226BW (22")

I also have a 15" Normal monitor that I could use...

Anything else?

I hope you can help, thanks.

I suggest you start with reading the stickies here on the forum. New to multiboxing (http://www.dual-boxing.com/forumdisplay.php?f=15)
That will answer most of your questions how to multibox.

Your team setup really comes down to what you want to do. There is a section on the wiki about group composition i think.

Your system seems fine to me though. how much RAM you have? thats usually a bottle neck.

I'm thinking of making this setup: 1 Protection Paladin + 2 Elemental Shamans for solo. And 1 Holy Paladin + 2 Elemental Shamans for raids. You think that will be doable?

I have 2GB DDR2 RAM

The group set up, Prot Paladin + 2x Elemental will work fine.

2GB of ram, won't allow for a smooth game experience.

For three toons, I would suggest 4GB as the minimum for smooth play (general safe rule is 1GB for the operating system, plus 1GB per warcraft).
Also, a 64-bit operating system, will let you use more then 3.25 GB of ram.
