Is your Keyclone affecting your Ventrilo?

Strange While I am dual boxing with Keyclone, and I try to talk on vent, my mic won't key up, but if I close Keyclone it works fine, why would that be? Anyone else have this issue, I use windows 7 Ultimate 64bit btw.
