Hey everyone,

Just thought I'd post a video of boxing the first instance in AION after the training grounds. Nothing major and the quality is just ok. The HD version kept stopping. I'll have to keep trying to get that one uploaded.

The characters are all level 32 and the mobs in the instance range from 34 to 36 with the end boss level 37. I am running a Templar, Cleric, 2 Sorcerers and running with someone who is boxing 2 more Sorcerers.

Almost all of our gear was crafted by us. Including the weapons, rings, earrings, and so on.

Pretty smooth, I'm happy the game is multiboxable. When I tried it on the Chinese client because the US wasn't out yet, it didn't go so well for me.

It's getting more fun as I get used to it. I don't think it will ever have the smoothness of WoW, but it does grow on you.

The group is about to hit 34. I'll run Fire Temple again and film it. It seems like each level you gain adds a lot to your character. We ran it last night at 33 and it went much faster than 32.

I'll put up some PvP when I am in the abyss. Again, so much easier in WoW to box for PvP. I can take out 3 players consistently, but when you get to 4 or 5 and flying gets involved it's difficult to survive. The macros, follow and assist work when they feel like it. It is more sluggish than WoW and any significant PvP seems like it would be a major challenge.

Crafting is what makes it fun for me. The items you can make are better than what you can loot so it encourages you to try to make things.

It's a great diversion from WoW, but I don't think it will ever be as fun to box.

First month is free, but since you have to pay to buy/download it (last i checked) i don't think there is a truly free trial yet.
