Hi all,
so I just bought 4 copies of vanilla Wow as digital downloads and I am wondering what is the best way to use the new accounts. I currently have 6 accounts in my current battlenet account and want to add more toons to these accounts using RAF. So if I RAF from my exisiting accounts to the new ones, should I setup a new battlenet account for the new accounts? Also as was advised here before, would I not get reported for 2 - 4 boxing these accounts due to not being under the same battlenet account or if I have them all under my name should I be fine?
My thought is that I will run them through dungeons till 65 on my druid and then multibox them to 80 after that.
Any thoughts?
Thanks for any input

Crowdx,
I believe the limit to Battle.net accounts is 8 wow accounts per Bnet account, I have not reached that limit myself yet though. I currently have 2 seperate bnet accounts, I own both of them and I have yet to be suspended or etc. I would just make sure your information is exactly the same on both bnet accounts and make sure to update both of them if your personal information should change.
I currently play 10 toons, 5 on each bnet account, they are all at 72.

The same name is what counts, the B.Net accounts mean nothing.
If you want to transfer toons, there is a 30 day wait, from the time you join a B.Net account.
Well, no wait between accounts on the same B.Net email, so that is a consideration.
Also, you cannot go with more then 8 games on one B.Net email.
If you want to level some of your existing accounts.
I'd go with (A, B, C) as existing accounts.
And RAF them like this:
A (booster, no links).
B -- D
C -- E
Then group A-E together and boost away.
When you're done, BC have boosted toons.
And DE grant levels to BC.
And you can then do the same with two more existing accounts.
And two more of the vanilla wow accounts.
I'm basically going to do this, for 4x Worgen in Cataclysm.

So then one last question, with this setup and all toons in the same group, I will still get RAF triple experience?
I am also considering a team on a brand new server (running out of slots on my current realm Uther) , any advice on a decent US west coast server?
Thanks for all the help :)

B gets RAF, because of the link to D.
C gets RAF, because of the link to E.
A can be any level.
B and D have to be within four levels of each other, facing mobs not grey to either and be 59th or lower.
Same for C and E.
If your group was:
A, B, C, D and E.
And you were going against level 22 mobs.
With A = Level 80.
B and D = Level 25.
C and E = Level 56.
B and D both get RAF.
The mobs are grey to C and E, so no RAF.
A doesn't affect BD or CE as far as RAF goes.
If CE were both low enough for a level 22 mob to be experience, they'd get RAF too.
I play on Cenarius US, which is a west coast server.
It is a carebear realm.
AB/WSG go to the horde almost every game.
WG/AV and other BG's are close to 50%.
Alliance side, the auction house is pretty cheap for everything.
Horde side, rare items aren't seen often, and prices are a lot higher.
I think the alliance outnumber the horde by a large margin.
Not much world pvp, but the odd flagged toon here or there.

crowdx - do you want to become 10boxer (6 existing plus 4 new) or stick to your existing 6 and add more teams to your existing ? if you wanted to 10box the battlechest is probably a better deal than the $5 wow classic (which stops at 60) - if you want throw away accounts with few level 60 transferred back to your original accounts then you want to maximize how many level 60s you get through granting on existing account:
A-N1
A-N2
B-N3
B-N4
and boosting with C (unlinked) seems to me the best in that case (don't make the mistake of doing A-N1-N2-N3-N4 "best" setup which isn't best at all for that goal - like I did... from advice here ;-) )
(A,B,C being existing accounts; N1-N4 being new1-4 accounts)

I am going to 5 box and the 4 new accounts will be throwaway accounts once I hit 60. My plan is to get as many 60s on my exisiting accounts as possible before the RaF expires. I also want to get some 60s on other servers due to my exisiting server has 2 accounts which have nearly max characters on their accounts on this realm.
I may also split this endeavour into leveling 2 of the newly purchased accounts at a time, this will still give me 4 toons for each toon to boost with my druid :)
So my linking will be
Old account 1 - new account 1
Old account 2 - new account 2
later I will then use the new accounts 3 and 4 in the same fashion.

Two RAF's, with two existing accounts, and a booster... is about the only way to go.
Level as much as you want.
Then repeat with the other two existing/RAF accounts.
With boosting, it doesn't really matter what you do on the RAF account.
They'll be a vanilla wow race -- no shaman for alliance and no paladin for the horde.
A paladin might be the best choice for the disposable alliance accounts -- can heal and Kings/Sanctuary your booster.
Guessing a druid will be good for the horde side, Thorns + MotW, and heals/innervate.
All of the 1-60 experience will be from booster kills, and the disposable RAF accounts won't play 60+
You'd only care about synergy between the new toons on the 4 existing accounts and a toon on the booster account; ie, 60+ game play.
