I have 400.00 maximum budget to spend on a new pc build (from the ground up) minus the case.

Does anyone know a good build setup that would but me within that budget? Its for a xmas present for my bro. He wants to multibox in WoW.

Do you also need an OS and a monitor?

Maybe something like these

Lots of guides on the net to follow. Just modify where you think you need to (e.g., less $ on a video card to gain more RAM or a faster CPU).

You probably want at least 4Gigs of RAM if not more (depending on your OS).

Nope OS, and the monitor I already got.

He will be boxing 5, if I can get it running with that budget.
