Ok got my computer turned it on and as it went into the setup of windows it keeps coming up with an error. It says system has come back for an unnecessary crash and needs to restart to finish install. So i restart and same thing. Does anyone know what would be causing this. I didnt get computer built with cd/dvd drive becuase i have a spare one at home. So not sure if it was loaded wrong into the computer from the place making it or not.

Just trying to figure out what could be causing it to stop setting up windows.

This a new computer you just had built? Are you installing the OS or was it already installed?

It was already installed into one of the two hard drives.

Did it start doing this before or after you put the CD Drive in? Who did you buy it from you should give them a call.

If you are at all comfortable inside the box, I suggest going in and making sure every piece is secure in the slot/plug. Shipping will loosen the tightest connection. You might also want to try a Safe Boot if you have the option. Newly build and broke is a very bad thing to go through.

Make sure that you do not void your warranty by opening up the case.

It is not uncommon for things to dislodge during shipping for sure.

Haha everything was my friggin gfs fault. It came preloaded with windows 7 premium 64 and after i turned it on she hit restart on me since she didnt want it lighting up her room. So she screwed the setup. SO since the company made a booboo and forgot to send the disks with it im waiting for them in the mail right now. In the meanwhile i added my dvd drive got everything ready and now i wait.
