Woot!!!!!! i got flipping 1814 woot, it was a 2100 team and we wopped them, got to 1795 around 10 times then down, we actually almost beat a 2.3k, but woot, got 1800 farming honor right now to get the weapons+shield!! best thing ive done in wow for 3 years!! woot

This is hopefully not gunna be all bragging, i want u guys to ask questions, and things, and ill answer them as best as I can to help you get here! woot

yeah man, to be honest the day i got 1800 today, i was bassically typing in my credit card to x-fer, the found a priest who wanted to join, bamam, never played anyone under 2k, went from 1700-1800 was nasy beatin all those teams.

Congrats! Its quite an accomplishment.

The 5v5 bracket is all or nothing, 1200 teams or +2k teams. Last night I made it to 1787 and then faced 7 2100 teams in full relentless.

Im currently losing my mind trying to get above 1800. Its so frustrating playing a team in full relentless and someone living with 1% and losing to turn around and play a team within 200 points and completely destroying them in seconds.

Im guessing its just my battle group and I'm upgrading daily so...its only a matter of time.

yeah it seems that way, once i got some nice gear it really felt like i could beat these harder teams, started to beat them,got my weapon and now when i see those 2.2k teams i see them as a opp to get a lot of points, because i can insta-gib them now

I'd love to know what opener you use to gib your targets. I've been using flame shock, ele mastery lava burst followed by chain lightning, but i find if they don't die on the lavaburst they tend to live. Do you use the aoe hex and aoe wind shear? where do you stand to fight in the sewers?

I've been arena'ing for about 2 or 3 weeks now and I got to 1500, but i find if i play mostly 1800+ teams if i play anytime other than monday night. Maybe because it's late in the season and next season starting early will help that. (also having access to a new weapon and shield in the new 5 man will help)

Congrats on the 1800 accomplishment :) We actually re-hit 1800 on Sunday too. (We were 1832 a few weeks ago, got our weapons then took a downward pluge to 1690 -- there's a TON of fake 1500 teams on our BGs - people with full relentless from 3v3 but they're 1500 rated in 5v5).

We went 10-4 on Sunday, hit 1805 TR, stopped there so my druid could get his offhand (last time he didn't buy it fast enough before my priest and I could tank our rating =P).
