Combobox dropdown listing regions on the currently selected display.
For example I have the following regions defined:
Mon1Full
Mon2Left
Mon2Right
Mon2Full
However, since I created Mon2Full before left and right, I can't select it should I want to change it.
Another minor UI change would be to have the Region field on the command editor be a combo box as well listing valid regions and (None).
