battle.net maximum number of wow accounts on 1 - cross bnet char moves

Hi, I searched but couldn't find so far - I think I remembered in the past reading somewhere you can only have 8 wow accounts in 1 battle.net - is that still the case ? if you have more accounts, is it possible/fast later to move toons between different battle.net accounts ?

8 is the max so I use 2 separate bnet accounts. You can still transfer between the same as before since it uses account name to transfer and not bnet account name.

I have 5x wow accounts, and 5x B.Net accounts.
Works for me, 1 authenticator to log them all in at once.

For people with multiple battle.net - do you have to create / get new email addresses for each ?

seems that using some of the public email providers just to get different logins is annoying (and not good for security) - on the other hand as I reactivated thanks to the "free 7 days" anniversary offer - I just got hit by the really annoying "can't use my authenticator to log in all 5 windows at once" - that makes the login process annoying and maybe splitting into individual accounts would help for that

FWIW, You can (i have) transfered characters from one battlenet to another, just like you could pre-battle.net from one account to another. They have to be setup the same and what not.
