Setting are not saving

Do i have to redo the wizard everytime i start keyclone because everytime i close and reopen keyclone my settings are gone is this normal are is there a way to save my settings for next time

When you say "redo the wizard", i'm thinking you are referring to the settings of the game, which are not keyclone's doing. If you mean keyclone's wizard, that is not normal. Which if it's the latter, I would then ask if you are using Vista? If you are, make sure you check the setting for "running as administrator". That's the only thing I can think of at the moment that would keep the settings from being saved.

You can right click on the program and select run as administrator.

I prefer to go to properties, compatibility and check administrator there.
It will be administrator every time you start it, so your settings should stick.
