Multiboxing software - OpenGL

Is there any multiboxing software that works with WoW in OpenGL mode. I have to run in OpenGL or else the sound is extremely messed up/distorted.

Keyclone works on Linux in openGL mode by adding the parameter: wine WoW.exe -openGL. If it works on linux i assume it works on Windows too as it's a native win app.

EDIT: OK I just tested it with keyclone, and the key broadcasting works but picture-in-picture doesn't. The windows are just normal windows with borders.
