Google the error code and it appears to be permissions

You could try posting on the Lavishsoft forums.
But the best bet will be their IRC.

I believe it is: http://www.lavishsoft.com/chat/isboxer.php

I think this was a guy who downloaded ISboxer and could not figure out why InnerSpace did not work. He asked to borrow my account before Lax kicked him.

Ok...

You need a subscription to Inner Space.
Once you have that, download IS.
Run it at least once with administrator permission (if using Vista/Win7).
Then install IS Boxer to the InnerSpace folder.
Set it to run with administrator permissions too.

The set up wizard is in ISBoxer Toolkit.
Export your build to IS, via the File menu.
To run the game, right click on the IS icon on the task bar.
And select a character set you have configured in the Toolkit.

I have an IS Boxer guide in the Software Forum, it might help you some.

Do not patch WoW through multiboxing programs, do it through the game's launcher. Otherwise you will have all sorts of problems.

I usually launch wow, via my one-box shortcut to the wow folder.
I run wow.exe

If you use symbolic links for multiple folders, break the links.
Patch with the parent wow folder.
Re-make the links.
Copy wow.exe from the parent folder to each copy.
